Emergent BioSolutions to Hold Annual Meeting of Stockholders Thursday May 19, 2011 at 10:00 am Eastern; Webcast Will Be Available

(NYSE: EBS) announced today that it will hold its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Thursday, May 19, 2011 beginning at 10:00 am Eastern Time at the Sheraton Rockville Hotel, 920 King Farm Boulevard, Rockville, Maryland 20850.

Following the formal portion of the meeting, a member of the company’s senior management will provide a brief corporate update, including a discussion of the company’s business activities, financial outlook and current news.
