Coleen Glessner

Coleen Glessner is passionate about creating a culture of quality and compliance that is integrated across the company and inclusive of all colleagues in collaboration with the executive team and the Board of Directors. Coleen joined Emergent in 2022 with expertise across all GxP areas and leadership experience in the highly regulated global biopharmaceutical industry. As executive vice president, she has enterprise responsibility for the Global Quality, Risk, and Ethics and Compliance functions, and is focused on strengthening and scaling infrastructure to ensure that each and every colleague understands their personal and collective accountability for quality and compliance.
