Emergent BioSolutions to Release Second Quarter 2013 Financial Results and Conduct a Conference Call on August 5, 2013

ROCKVILLE, Md.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Jul. 8, 2013– Emergent BioSolutions Inc. (NYSE: EBS) announced today that it will report financial results for the second quarter 2013 on Monday, August 5, 2013, after market close.

Company management will host a conference call at 5:00 pm Eastern on August 5, 2013 to discuss the financial results for the second quarter of 2013, recent business developments, revenue guidance for the third quarter of 2013 and revenue and net income guidance for full year 2013.
