Emergent BioSolutions to Participate in May 2014 Investor Conferences

ROCKVILLE, Md.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Apr. 17, 2014– Emergent BioSolutions Inc. (NYSE: EBS) announced today that a member of the company’s senior management team will participate in the following investor conferences in May 2014:

For the Mizuho Securities USA conference, the company will only be participating in one-on-one meetings. The format of the conference does not include formal presentations.

For the Bank of America Merrill Lynch and UBS conferences, the company will be webcasting its formal presentations, which will encompass a corporate overview and may include a discussion of the company’s recent business developments as well as its current financial results and financial guidance for the current year and latest quarterly period. The webcasts will be available both live and by replay, accessible from the Emergent website www.emergentbiosolutions.com under “Investors.”
