Emergent’s Winnipeg site is equipped with a state-of-the-art Cytiva SA25 aseptic filling workcell, a gloveless robotic isolator-based filling line ideal for small to mid-scale clinical and commercial batch sizes for high-value sterile injectables
- Capable of filling Vials (2R – 50R), Syringes (.5mL – 10mL) and Cartridges
- In-house inspection, labeling and packaging solutions

Unique Handling Capabilities
Through strategic partnerships and arrangements we have experience manufacturing both clinical and commercial BSL2 and BSL3 products which can require select agent handling
- Capabilities include complex products such as spore formers, live attenuated viruses and plasma products both human and equine
- Capability to host inspections from a variety of different agencies, enhanced protective service training and unique requirements with restrictive products
